Free coin counting for account holders. Non-customers charged 5% of total value.

Do I need an appointment to open an account?

Walk-ins are welcome. Email support@myrogersonline.com if you would like a banker ready when you arrive.

What should I bring to open an account?

A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport), Social Insurance Number, and a funding source (cash, check, or debit card from another bank).

What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Email us on statutory holidays to confirm availability.

Can I get a cashier's check at the office?

Yes. Cashier's checks are $10 each for Everyday Checking and free for Premier Checking customers.
